I bought my first Mustang in 2004 for $4500. It was a 1994 V6 Mustang, color "Forest Green". I had this car painted in 2006 as there was flaking paint and some rust. It looked great for almost two years before it started showing rust again - a lot of rust! After the paint job, it looked great! I loved that car.
I replaced it with a 2006 V6 Mustang in 2009. Actually, I didn't end up selling the green Mustang until January 2010 - about 6 months after buying the newer one. The old one had developed a gas leak and the inspection had run out. Finally, someone came along and purchased it - for $1500... Too much? Maybe... But I LOVED that car!
I still have the 2006 V6 Mustang - color "Redfire". It looks pretty sweet, I must admit.
